Wow, wonderfull data. One thing I'm curious about is number of runs from 0/5 to 5/5 on relic for a job.

I want to do some calculations comparing hours to obtain 5/5 to other actions in the game.

I was going to use 6 months (52 runs) unless I can find some more precise statistics.

Hopefully through all this, a strong argument can be made and SE will adjust things in our favor.

After 2 years, I am 1/5 rdm AF (only have hat lol)
Admittedly, my dynamis attendance is not amazing (nonexistent lately), but it used to be a lot better
seen about 10 boots drop in sandy, never lotted higher than 400
seen 7 gloves in bastok, never lotted above 500
seen 4 pants in jeuno, pretty sure never lotted above 200
3 bodies in beaucidine, lotted 700ish once to lose to a 998
seen prolly 7 hats in xarc. First 2 I saw drop were the highest ive ever rolled on AF XD. Won second hat.

I doubt I will ever have 5/5

We've had two people now go 5/5 in 6 runs (did a full rotation)

One was a darkknight.. one was a monk. Might have even been a warrior in there too.

Thing is.. that af is pretty common for us.. so common in fact that everyone in the ls who wants it has it.. and it generally just goes to waste now.

We have very odd numbers.. I mean blm af hat is our most common xarcabard item...

There's too many variables for a 5/5 Relic time period to have any statistical significance. Number of runs attended, number of people lotting a certain job, number of each zone done, how good your shell is at clearing mobs, and even sheer luck with lots all do a good job of screwing it up.

Personally, I can give a timeline of my AF. Didn't get my first piece until I started doing Dynamis with my main shell. I started doing Dynamis 12/05, and have never received anything on a point-system basis. Just priority job and luck with the drops/lots.

RDM: Pants 8/05, Hat 3/06, Feet 5/06, Body 5/06, Hands 6/06
NIN: Head 10/05, Legs 7/06, Belt 12/06, Feet 1/07, Body 2/07
SAM: Legs 1/07, Hands 3/07

A lot of the more recent stuff is due to lack of competition. Blew all my good AF lots on RDM, but it was worth it, especially the power lot I pulled out to get my shell's first hat.

But yeah, you can go 5/5 in a month if you get lucky. That's what it is, really.

Took me 1.5 - 2 years to finish 5/5 RNG AF2. I got my hands and head within 1 month of each other. Feet maybe 1-2 months after that. Body was very close to 1 year after I got my feet.

And after almost 2 years of NEVER seeing RNG AF2 Legs drop, they finally dropped last night.

I feel your pain took over 2 years and 18 drops (which i lost lot on) before I got my RNG Legs

Two years running twice a week to finish 5/5 AF2 for RDM (with both Shells spending a lot of time in Xarcabard). Ironically, the last piece I needed was from Jeuno...

Yeah dude that sucks. I don't know what's worse, me not seeing them drop once in 2 years or you having to lose lot that many times.

Losing lot is by far easier imo. At least you know less people to lot against you in the short run. At least it works like that in a points system.

Still never seen a pair of koga tekko drop yet (and i've had koga tekko-1 for 10months too ) or even a lolabyss burgeonet. Before i joined the ls im in right now the tekko were free lot and i think they had gotten around 8? /wrists

1.5 years and im 4/6 THF (Need boots and cape)
5 months and im 5/6 NIN (Need gloves)

Fun facts -
1.5 years of dynamis and last night was the first time ive ever seen assassin's poulaines drop

1.5 years of dynamis and until 2 months ago we have never seen thf gloves drop, did a xarc and got them, next xarc run 2 of them dropped.

We seem to get the same drops in xarc (brd, whm, war, smn seem to drop a lot) but we have NEVER seen valor body, rdm hat, koga tekko.

@Ton - Thats an amazing website I wish I would have started keeping stats like that since the beginning. I know a lot of our members are 5/6, 6/6, some 3/5 +1, but I dont have any dates recorded. I should start doing that

What is up with Warrior and Monk? I read this whole thing and all tables suggest that they drop the most regardless of how you clear or what you kill. It really seems like it isn't totally random... to many linkshells get those the most, which is really weird.
