You know the friend locater in the POL menu? Type in the name of that mule and server, it will show you the POL handle they're attached to. If the handle linked to the main character as well you should be able to see that too.

It won't help with anything, but it'll A) establish they are at fault for resetting your password for an unauthorized person B) the person who hacked you was someone who used to have your PlayOnline ID, regardless of if you have since changed your password.

Basically, If they go into Service & Support and write down the information there, it's everything they need to reset your password. I would suggest you change your personal information (Address, Phone Number, Credit Card) before they do it again.

I did a search myself. I'm sure they sold what they wanted to sell on that one mule, transferred the gil to whoever is holding it and then promptly deleted it. Try using the search to look for their actual POL ID then see if you find any of their mules selling things they shouldn't be and go from there. Maybe someone will slip up and forget.
