Also, may be nothing, but new to me: at the "Mad Bomber Intersection" at F9/G9 there's always been one Bifrons in the room, and one Bifrons in the room to the east (and it's marked such on the map at ffxiclopedia). This time, the first time I've seen Mad Bomber since I started paying attention, the 'extra' Bifrons was in the room to the WEST instead (and thus away from Mad Bomber). Useless data? Probably.

Well, in that light, does any of this data collecting even matter if no one is ever going to go east for Mad Bomber once this is all figured out? lol

It may mean you'll know Mad Bomber won't be up, or you can adjust your entry time to find it.

Just to clarify, when people post that something popped "NW" or something, they mean the top room on the west side, right? Not the top room on the east side (since its angled that way, from that perspective), etc?

Also, it is worth noting we have two Firesday 10% Waxing Crescent observations from independent groups weeks apart that both have Mad Bomber popping in the SW room. Could be a coincidence, but it isn't a conflict.

Using the crafting timer website that Sykes linked in the Bhaflau thread, it looks like the 5% watersday that occured yesterday was indeed the waning one and not the waxing one. Looking at Myria's post and punching "February 21" into that same website shows that it was waxing in that case, so no conflict.
