Yes.

And you can't enter it until you get the Crusader esper... which requires killing the 8 legendary dragons.

Naw, hating FF7 is the new cool thing to do as of late.

FF8 had absolutly amazing music, the battle system was so horridly bad, possibly the best FF of all time is generally disreguarded as the worst. For me personally the fact that I took the time to put up with the draw system is a testament to how amazing, the music/story/graphics (and FMV for it's time[being seamless]) that game is a personal gaming highlight.

Well I thought FFX sucked (gg for killing the world map, jackasses), and it's a shame such a good battle system was wasted on a crappy storyline like the one in X-2.

But yeah, i'm tired of seeing all the FF7 games coming out, like that new PSP thing that they're releasing soon... isn't it enough? Nomura needs to concentrate on more important stuff than his stupid FF7 characters, like FF13 or KH3.

7 is a great game, it's just that people practically fall over themselves saying it's the best of the series and other shit. Trying to talk some sense into mass opinion makes you come off as going completely the other way.

Anyone notice how lazy they were with the spell lists? I'm only missing two spells(Ultima and the new Diablos spell) and two Espers(Ragnarok and Diablos) yet there's empty slots in my spell list and two spaces in the esper list. WTF didn't they add more stuff or reorganize the lists better? Just looks like shit having empty spots on my spell list and knowing I'm complete. :/

I'm currently replaying 8 right now. I tend to agree about the draw system, although at a certain point you can just start refining those spells once you get the refinement mods off of your GF.

The part that pisses me off is how you have to keep re-junctioning your GF all the time to accomodate the people coming and going from your party.

People are saying they liked X-2's battle system, am I the only one who really liked X's? I liked knowing exactly when everyone's turn would be for better planning, item usage and such.
