I saw Soul Asylum cover this song back in december, it was fucking awsome. I've always loved the cure and if you've seen Dave Pirner live, it makes sense why this is a good fit.

See thats the thing, I was never a true AFI fan, though of course I have the albums working for a Rock/Metal radio station -- but I never paid any attention.

They covered this song with, in my opinion, the same emotion as the the original Cure version.

I'd love to listen to their stuff now though, if he has that ability to really get behind what he's singing.
