First he killed the 11 year old boy, because he had the fattest ass and of course the most meat on it. Every part of his body was cooked and eaten except the head—bones and guts. Forgive me for disagreeing, but people simply aren't born with the natural instinct of receiving joy from other people's pain. Someone or something in their lives causes this trigger that eventually leads them to be destructive.

Im sure you would not argue that a 4 year old would ever try to harm somebody with full knowledge of the pain he/she is causing them. Not to mention that a 4 year old might not even grasp the concept.
