Once the celeb/athlete is back within their normal routine, doing things like running marathons in their free time, they have them pose for an after picture. All the while they could've been taking Trimspa or Hydexotrim or w/e the fuck the media is trying to sell you, but it doesn't really matter cause it's basically all placebo anyways. Trimpsa is basically milking money from fat people, period. Anna Nichole contributed to it, and made a mint for misleading desperate overweight persons.
