storm turban where?

it comes from a ??? item via assault and is rare/ex however i can't find a listing of which assault drops the ??? item for it...

hoping to add this to my magic def bonus setup.

Wiki Says Troll Fugatives 3rd level lebros caverns assault.

Also says it needs to be verified. I did that one probably 20+ times very early on, but we never got a useful ??? item from it, so I can't say either way.

I was the one that added that Wiki entry. I got the info from mysterytour, and put the verification icon because I'd never seen anyone personally report it, my information was based only on mysterytour.
