For me, it takes a couple days of having a completely fucked up sleep cycle before I can do this. I'll end up putting too much faith in my alarm clock, lay down for a nap and wake up a lot later which ends up making the cycle worse. I can do it no problem with lots of coffee, but to be honest I'd rather sleep than feel wired (I get real shakey from too much coffee).Originally Posted by Lbelle
Whenever I have a sleeping problem and I need to wake up at a specific time, I pop one of my migraine pills. Probably not a very healthy thing to do, but they knock me out and that's a godsend considering I have a high tolerance to medicines. It's either that or take a couple shots of Nyquil for me, sometimes Excedrin PM will work (I take three usually).
