Probably not a very healthy thing to do, but they knock me out and that's a godsend considering I have a high tolerance to medicines. It's either that or take a couple shots of Nyquil for me, sometimes Excedrin PM will work (I take three usually).

    if you were hardcore youd just stay up for 3 days and sleep for 4 hours and be perfectly reset like i do like once every 3 months

    i dont plan on it happening but it does anyways, been going on for like 2 years lol <_< GAMES FUCK YOU UP =(

    If you take a nap it'll screw over the whole "stay up for 24 hours" deal. Best to do it gradually over the course of a few days if possible (i.e. for me it's easier to keep moving my sleep schedule later instead of earlier). Also, using the computer / watching TV will fool you into feeling more alert than your body really is, so if you can try to avoid doing that kind of stuff before you try to go to sleep.
