At first I had avoided the DS cuz I thought it was gimmicky. Well, kinda still do and the Wii as well to some extent. But some of the touch games are great. I wanna get a DS eventually for Elite Beat Agents and FF3 and Phoenix Wright. But when I get some money. There's a few more important things to spend $200-300 bucks on right now.

Man.. I've never messed with their site before tonight.. and I was playing with the store search, and their online stock thingie said one of the 3 Gamestops in my town had 1-3 DS Lites, and it happened to be the one in the mall. Fortunately for me, apparently no one buys shit from the Gamestop in the mall, while they clean out the other two.. and my apartment building is kinda adjacent/above the mall.. so after the 90 second walk to their store, I find out they have 1 white, 1 onyx, 2 pink. I went with the onyx. >.>

Why are they called EBgames and Gamestop? Never understood that

Can't help but think it's overly strange there's a Gamestop at one end of the street here and an EBgames at the other end and yet... they're the same store? Confuses me :[

yes, same company, merged almost a year ago. we just got some in stock today too at the store

I dunno, I called my store at 12~ and they said no go, and then I saw this come up a few hours later... I didn't really want to call them again today because I already felt bad, i'm just glad I was able to get this over with and actually find one.
