You have to hit it after they all do the situp, before thye start their next set.
I did this yesterday, just wait til all three have finished the animation totally.
Enjoy the running after, those fucking worthless specimens are total whores and it took me 4-5 tries to prevent them from fucking me up. I was so emo.![]()
finally got the hang of it, and I did the running one in one try lol talk about ironic.

Just a few Tips for this Mission...
Push-Ups: In The Last Set of Push-ups 1 guy with either only get 1/2 Done or not even try... that is your Slacker
Sit-Ups: Key in on the Elbows.. they are the Last to stop moving. Once the last elbow stops pause a 1/2 a second and hit Enter... I found myself saying "One /enter"... "Two /enter"...
The Run: This one really Sucks... I quit Counting after 14 ties... but I got it. Key to this one is about 1/2~2/3 of the way through you have to get right after them As Soon As one seems to be falling behind.
Do the practice runs and turn your sound up so you can hear it. When you push the button in the practice runs, you'll get a different sound if you're doing it incorrectly. Practice until you can consistently hit it 90% of the time.Originally Posted by Luftiig

Running one sucks. My text box covers them and if more than one falls back at a time, you're SOL.
