I like this idea Sonomaa^^

A GM would likely have to jump through alot of red tape and clearances from SE to not get in trouble doing this without specific endorsement, but if it could be made to work, somehow, it would incredibly interesting.

Wouldn't see the harm in some number of questions within ToS.

GMs in RO post and read some of the more popular forums/fansites for it. Hell, they find some of the characters on their watch list through them.

It's fairly win/win.
