Uggalepih is closed.

It's an exe and two dll files. It has a recast mode, but the thing I cared about was the recast-until-it-wears-off timer. :< So even if I had the offset handy, no-can-do until the author updates it, and according to the main page might be a while.

hit rate = (total accuracy - total evasion)*.5% + (attack lvl - defender lvl)*2%Originally Posted by imsomeone
total accuracy is calculated as dex/2 + accuracy from gear + accuracy from skill
accuracy from skill is 1 accuracy per skill up to 200 skill, and 0.9 accuracy per skill per skill over 200.
conversely, the assumption now is that total evasion = agi/2 + evasion from gear + evasion from skill, where evasion from skill is 1 evasion per skill below 200skill, and 0.9 per skill over 200. for example, if you have 250 evasion skill, from that you get 200+0.9*50=245 evasion.
again, this is just speculation, but it makes logical sense.

Well I feel stupid then. None of the dates on the board updated with the ninja-edit that showed a new zip file. Since all the dates are back in October... -_-;
Thanks for pointing me back to the obvious.
If you mean Contaminated Colosseum, any one can do it if they are smart enough to know how to read and run.Originally Posted by Siralin

Well not directly because of it, but when a GM got called on him because some tool of a JP DRG got MPKed by a Colibri bomb the GM noticed his game was sending out some weird data to the server in memory and yeah..
So there was finally an Uggalepih Pendant on the AH. To the hardest of the hardcore BLMs out there, do you just wear it full time or is it worth making some sort of goofy macro system to equip it? Personally I love overly complicated macros so would be open to any suggestions on the matter.
EDIT: While we're on the subject, what do you do about macroing sea obis?
EDIT2: Oh and if 2 INT makes any difference, I do have a Prudence Torque to use as well as Elemental.
Have a spare macro with "/equip neck "uggleybuggley pendant"," and hit that whenever you remember. Sea Obis, tack them on the end of your regular macro, and put an extra / infront of /equip when it's not the right weather/day. Alternatively, with the new expanded macro crap, have a second pallet with Obis instead of Penitent's Rope.Originally Posted by Bagel
what odd data does it send out to the server? i have it on song times since im bad with judging time on songs (lol) but what could it possibly send out? its just a glorified timer with exp watch and draw distance for the most part lol. of course i know the other functions but if you need yarnball to see mob ablities,, well ya going off a bit but you know what i mean >_>Originally Posted by Seditedi

As far as Obi go, I have this one macro that I use for different stuff.. It changes all the time. Sometimes it puts on Magic burst gear, sometimes an Obi if I am somewhere with on and off weather. For days I just edit my macros. I leave them open so it takes about 5 sec to alt tab and add or remove a few "/".
Just find w/e works for you
I have a separate macro for Pendant. Tier 4 spells are slow enough casting to where you can hit 5 macros and still get all your gear swaps before they land. As far as obis go, I have a staff macro for every element that is
Staff
Waist
Legs
Grip
and another macro with obi waist equip lines and AF2 leg equip line. When day or weather conditions come up, I copy/paste the appropriate lines from the obi macro into the staff macro of that element. If you're the kind of person who casts spells off the menu, you could put a cast line in that macro as well. I have a different macro for other gear like head/body/hands/ear/feet/neck and hit both (and latent macro) every cast, although if you use windower macro you can always leave the waist and legs out of the file and use ingame lines for those.
Level my DRK sub for RDM at the moment, which weapon should I use?
Great Sword: I have it at around 50 skill from PLD.
Great Axe: Should be fully capped from leveling WAR to 37.
Scythe: I haven't had a reason to touch this yet, it's at 0.
Scythe will obviously lag behind for a while, since I'm gaining XP so fast that the skill level can't possibly keep up. It should eventually catch up though, right? Shield Break is also really nice at early levels, once I get it. But Scythe is more fun (I don't know why, it just is) and everyone loves an A+ skill. Which should I pick? Great Sword doesn't really enter the equation, as far as I can tell, but maybe I'm wrong.
Great Axe. Sturmwind is just that good. You can also equip the warrior subjob latent effect +5 great axe skill at level 30, for even more awesome.
That makes sense, I forgot about the belt (which would make Great Axe skill higher than Scythe at 30, duh) and how pimp Sturmwind can be.
Thanks for the reply.
Is there something I'm missing to Gekko? Just unlocked it last night, and man it kinda sucks. =( Gekko averages (with Soboro) 260-360 and Yuki averages 350-470. I thought it was supposed to be the bestish I get for the most part.
