afaik about as worthless as the flags you get after r10 in city missions.

Those give Mogenhancement: Conquest though, which is better than nothingOriginally Posted by Saraphym
(afaik the Standard gives Mogenhancement: Fire lulz)
It's fire element that gives mogenhancement: conquest but I guess it's confirmed that the mogenhancement: conquest doesn't affect IS. so I'm just gonna toss it.Originally Posted by Rocl
Xp mogenhancement or bust...unless you're a crafter. It's easy to get, and despite bonus being minimal (5% calculated after raise), I don't think any other give a worthwhile bonus.
The standard is probably giving you Moghancement: Fire because you have a San d'Orian flag up, or another item with equal Moghancement value of the fire element. When I was in Windy, I could not keep my Windurastian Flag and Cordon Bleu Set out at the same time, lest they would cancel each other and give me Moghancement: Wind.Originally Posted by Rocl
Also, people should not scoff at the conquest flags. You can build up CP very quickly with them, meaning more aketons for fun and profit.
I chucked all 3 of mine, but then I have about 102938210938120938 conquest points. lolOriginally Posted by Septimus

Sadly, I do not see this in rival LS's here, hence you can see their Tiamat run amok when they are fighting. Entertaining 2hour+ nonetheless.

Question: If I wipe do I need to get more blood?
I thought it would only help your country in the conquest, not give you more CP. Can anyone confirm it increase the CP, and if so, by how much?Originally Posted by Septimus
If remember correctly it's like a 10% bonus? might be more.
conquest flags only give you a bonus in the nation of the flag.
Millionaire's desk gives conquest bonus for any nation. But I think it has to be one of the only furniture's, this I don't remember, but it does giev that enhancement.
So what was that 2400 Gekko on faf (correct the number if I'm wrong) after the first 2h patch ?Originally Posted by Amele
Are new job traits retroactively added to old mobs? For instance, drg got tier 2 acc bonus in the last update, do old drg mobs (like the drg's wyvern itself for example) now have that trait?
if I had to guess? double attack on sam/war with full overwhelm merits using a 'real' gkt. probably after some combination of Defense down effects, so he was at 3.0 (or a brutal earring sam/thf who SA'd)Originally Posted by VZX

I'd guess if you had in the area of 190 strength you could hit this (yeah. right.)
if onimaru, at 300TP. you have 2.5+1.0 -> 1715/686
686 / 1.15 = 596 / 3.0 = 198 - 83 = 115
which is possible to hit. (assuming fafnir has 100 vit (war/war lvl90), you'll hit this at about: 140 strength)
based on some screenshots (I think earlier in this thread... not sure) of level 30 something sam yagudo in oz proc'ing zanshin.Originally Posted by fantasticdan
I'd say yes to traits.
it appears that abilities largely remain the same (see: dragoon mobs implemented pre-2hr fix)
I actually just recently used the conquest moghancement for the first time in a short xp session. I gained 6840 XP and 1049 CP in a single party in an area outside of my nation's control. If someone wants to do the math and find the ratio based on that, go for it.Originally Posted by Kaylia
Seems to be approximately 1 CP per 6.5 XP, instead of the normal 1/10. Which is roughly 15% of your XP, instead of 10%. (15.34ish%, to be more precise). A 50% increase in CP isn't bad at all, really.Originally Posted by Deftscythe

how acute is the paralysis effect of a paralyze potion? as it stands, unless i'm just stupid which is very possible, a drk can only hit the gear haste cap w/ a rune chopper when attempting to use drk/sam as a quasi kclub. if the paralysis effect is very meek, say 1/20 proc rate, you can expect a rougly 5% reduction in the number of attacks you will get off in the 30 second window this is active for. on the other hand, this would activate the 8% haste on the flagellant's rope, effectively doubling the haste value for that slot, which SHOULD (unless i can't add) cover the spread the rune chopper missed minus 1 assuming dusk+1 hands. meanwhile, if you can ditch the rune chopper for a jailer axe, it seems to me you could get between 33% and 50% more swings out of the weapon due to virtue stone procs. on the other hand, you lose a rather vast quantity of acc, and several slots that could be otherwise committed would be forced to be haste in order to get up to the haste cap again.
does any of this make sense or am i just dabbling in a realm i'm too dense to understand?
