Will you say "Well, two wrongs dont equal a right, I wont do anything."
Two wrongs dont equal a right, but we never said we'd kill them for any reason. We said that they will not choose who lives and dies, they will not threaten us.
Fnale23, that is a great example, and I do not know how to respond. It may not relate to the war on Iraq, but I still don't know how to argue it.
Remember that I never claimed Pres. Bush to be perfect, or said what he has done was 100% correct - I said it was unAmerican to disrespect his position as the President of our Country.
you mean they deserve to have their home invaded because they have a couple AKs? comon, you can find those in american homes.Originally Posted by Jerseyprophet

I dont think a few dozen AK-47s is "a couple", sir, do you?
Those AKs will lead to American deaths. People are dying, and we are fighting.
And if they werent a big deal, as you say, why didnt the media report us finding them at all?
You dont have to support Pres. Bush to support us, the soldiers - fighting for you in every sense of the word.

You do not remember correctly. Several were from Iraq.
I am not an expert on the people behind 911, I dont pretend to be. However, I have been shot at by Al Queda insurgents on the streets of Bahgdad - and I know that much.
I can only speak from my own experiences.
Guys, I dont want people to suffer any more than you do. My job, as a soldier, is to follow the orders that we believe is to protect the people of my country, and friendly countries.
We've made mistakes, and we've also made a dramatic difference in the lives of the Iraqi people - and just like everything else Ive said, I say that from the experience of standing in their streets and seeing their gratitude.
You cant make an omelate without breaking eggshells - "the army isnt a razor, its a broad sword".
this is a picture of us giving a speech at a convention in Bahgdad, and we were told it was the first gathering in 3 decades that we (soldiers overseas) were not required to carry a sidearm for fear of attacks....
Sorry its blurry. Im the second from the left (lol -- the girl!!!1)

Most of them were Saudi. Of course, the Saudi regime is "friendly" to the US , so you don't see us invading that country.

do you base everything from what you've read from random people submitting posts online?
That website is notorious for false info.
Either way, I have first hand experience that there are Al Queda members in Iraq, very much so, and have fucking SHOT at me. They are there, and our intelligence shows evidence that is the MAIN source of operation.

No, I did not.
It's my personal opionion that if they had WMD they would use them.
