Well, they could always make Naruto retake the test... It's not like he'd fail, he'd just have to sneeze and he'd kill his opponents.
But no, I highly doubt they'll have him take the test. I saw the test mainly as a way to easily judge whether the students are ready to graduate or not. In this case, I think they all know Naruto is more than ready to graduate.
I would actually love it if Naruto never made it up the ranks of the ninja clan. I could see him deciding not to become Hokage and instead wander around like Jiraya. That way, whenever he returns to the leaf, the others get to make fun of him for his rank in a light-hearted manner (and send him after some more ostriches).
Speaking of; did sand-dude ever graduate? He's a kage, after all.
Not sure why people are so hung up on the exam, as passing it technically wasn't a requirement and more of a multi-nation formality and show of "good will" as it were. On a basic level, yes, it served as a means to gauge and showcase skill, but let's not forget Shikamaru surrendered in his final fight and still got promoted. In the end, the real test is probably all the higher ranking ninja sitting behind closed doors having a yes/no vote about standouts. Kage aspirations or not, if Naruto went up to Kakashi or someone else and was like, "Yo, make me a jounin!" it'd probably happen. The likely only reason he hasn't been promoted was because he spent so much time away with Jiraiya, with the events of post-time skip beginning after. Maybe a dash of the elders being afraid of the fox played a bit of a role there, too, but they're more or less out of the picture now.
Since it's during times of trouble I'd imagine they really don't give a shit about general labels like genin/chuunin/jounin. If it was peaceful I'd imagine they'd just make him a chuunin and be like do some missions with Shikamaru and we'll decide if you're responsible enough to be a jounin.
If he learns the flying thundergod technique though, he's jumping straight the fuck to jounin. Although I'd love to see Naruto implement the technique his own way like leaving a shadow clone with pupils instead of a flying thundergod inscription. Shit he could also have the clone summon a frog who would in turn reverse summon him.
Actually, how the fuck does Kurama's consciousness work when Naruto is split up into multiple clones. Is he split into multiple separate entities that return knowledge once released, or does he see/know things from all clones at all times?
i'm pretty sure when naruto was making his wind style rasengan they said it was S ranked because of how dangerous it was and Tsunade said people who make S ranked Jutsu's are already above the level of a jonin (only thing higher is ANBU which are the worst secret agent task force ever or Kage)
Every time I see "ET Itachi" or "ET'd Itachi", I just imagine Itachi's finger glowing as he's poking Sasuke's forehead.
Spoiler: show
Yes, exactly. Most Jounin don't even possess the skill to use (or, as in Naruto's case, invent) S-ranked Jutsu. I mean, hell, not even his father nor Jiraiya has accomplished what he accomplished; successfully merge Wind chakra and Rasengan. And they both had a life time to do it (Well, not Minato, but he tried for years without succeeding).

And the spoilers were quite inaccurate.
