We already knew the 2nd could use the flying thundergod technique, don't know why ya'll are bitchin. The fourths "unique" ability was Rasengan, not FTG. Short chapter was short, if it wasn't for those colorized pictures I swear the chapter would have only been 12 or 13 pages. If this attack didn't do anything if significance I don't know wtf, this shit needs to wrap up.

The fourth was called the Yellow Flash for obvious reasons. But he was also known as a genius of space/time jutsu iirc. He most definitely took the flying thundergod technique far beyond what Tobirama could do in terms of range, application, and other things.

Every one can do that if they have a tailed beast, they just have to have full control of it. The Jinchuriki of the wolf looking bijuu could do it.

yes, but sealing it inside of him and having free usage of the chakra on an agreeable level WITH the tailed beast are 2 completely different things; see Naruto from episode 1 until he 1) beat Nanaki, and 2) fist-bumped

No, the entire point is that they can't escape you. That's why in every instance of them using the attack, it has to do with them leaving marks on the intended victim. He knew that the odds were bad for the youngsters, which were the future of the village. so he stayed to hold them off as long as he could, to give the youth the time to escape.

Minato wasn't famous just for the teleportation, though. They called him the yellow flash because he was legitimately fast, ON TOP of the Flying God techniques he had. Remember, back in the day, opposing villages were given instructions to fucking run if they saw him. He was an assassin, through and through. You don't escape something like that.

Marking the victim is a follow-up that lets the technique be incredibly effective in a 1v1 situation. However we saw that what made him a threat to entire platoons is the ability to use Flying Thunder God to wipe out mass numbers by teleporting to kunais faster than scrub ninjas can react to.

The technique should also let Minato or Tobirama evade almost any lethal counter by teleporting out to a safe area after striking.
