Even with all his powers still think the 1st will deal with him like last time. The entire series of hacknojutsu is based on the first and manipulation of dna. I think Madara doesn't have a chance if he has the 1st dna embedded in him.

Krillin is the exception, purely because he was his friend as a kid when they trained together.

Hell, he even fought Chichi in a tournament before marrying her, lol. And he molested a sleeping Bulma before he became friends with her too.
