I'm just waiting for it to end without trying to make sense of it. The pacing is slowing down to a grind and I sense another flashback mini-arc on the horizon.
I understand that, but that is kind missing the complaint. I'm saying Gred's argument would require us to accept that he cannot combine Bijuu/Sage. It is possible, which is why I said "not a contradiction", but silly nonetheless. Now here is why the elemental recomposition is not very relevant to that complaint. First off, they're completely different entities (Elemental recomposition/Sage Chakra/Bijuu Chaka). It is true that Kakashi said Minato was never able to combine rasengan's spacial recomposition with his elemental recomposition. However, if "elemental recomposition" included sage mode chakra, then he would not have been able to do sage mode rasengan to begin with anyways. The same would be true of Bijuu chakra. As far as combining Minato combing Bijuu chakra with Sage chakra, there storyline has been silent regarding this fact (Which is why I said there's no contradiction). As for him looking like them, that's just way too vague to source as "omg you should have known this already."
That's a very convoluted way to say Minato did a regular rasengan (instead of using his energy, he used sage)
Of note but off topic that Madara was summoned via Edo Tensei in November of 2011, making this particular arc (and loosely, the fight) almost three years long, with the war arc being close to four.
Las Noches levels of retard.
Hasn't it been only like 2 or so days since the start of the war too? lol...
I think we are way beyond Las Noches levels at this point lol. Yeah I think this is still Day 2 of the war?
I just read this latest chapter and cannot being myself to care any time Obito is there. I just can't.
if you look at the content of mine and content of your posts, you'd realize i wasn't even talking to you.
Oh ok then.
Maybe I am to tired and read into it wrong. But this weeks episode it sounded like the third flat out said that the first died after his fight with Madara.
I thought the whole "Valley of the End" was basically an homage to the fact the fight killed both of them? Or at least that's what we're led to believe. Hari might not've died then and there, but soon after because of wounds 'n shit.
I could swear they say something like how the valley was carved from the collateral damage of the fight, and the statutes were made in memorial of it.
I also remember it being said that Hashirama died during one of the Ninja wars. Given the fact he and Madara positively eclipse every other ninja we've seen, it was probably because he wasn't at full strength just like how Madara never recovered.
My assumption is that while in either Fox mode or Sage mode, that chakra becomes the base chakra of the user and constitutes all chakra behind the user's attacks. That's why doing a Rasengan in Sage Mode is Senjutsu; the Sage chakra isn't added externally, it's there by default if you Rasengan while in Sage mode. The same goes for Kyuubi chakra while in Fox mode.
You're right that we don't know how difficult it is to activate both modes simultaneously; all we know is that the Kyuubi's cooperating is required. But while it's not exactly like elemental recomposition, adding Sage chakra to a Fox Rasengan is still mixing in another type of chakra in addition to the base chakra. Given that Minato died before being able to mix elemental chakra with the Rasengan, I don't think it's far fetched to assume Minato has not mastered the ability to meld natural chakra into a Rasengan made with Kyuubi chakra. Comparatively, Naruto has consistently proven adept at adding different chakras to a Rasengan.
Again to me, the real derp is the fact that he can do such high level chakra manipulation but still relies on clones to form basic Rasengans.
I doubt Hashi "died", after the fight because he had to seal Kyubi into his wife and divy up the Tailed Beasts at the summit.
Why does Hashi have to seal the fox in his wife? There is this whole clan called Uzumaki with super secret sealing techniques that handle that.
