This one has him + White zetsu. The black zetsu was with Obito during this encounter. Madara was playin' pokemon with the tailed beasts.

Yeah I don't get Zetsu either. He calls himself the 'will' of madara but there's clearly someone in that poop suit. Is his power to create a weird black half-bunshin that has Madara's chakra in it, and that's what lets him puppet Tobi and poop out more clones? Is Zetsu the black half-man and that's someone else entirely in the poop suit?

Edit: When fighting him Oro says "Now I finally understand" like he noticed who he was. Oro is also the same person that created Yamato.

Zetsu is just a clone made from the the Gedo statue + Senju clone. The "Will" is the same chakra receiver teknique Pein used for his clones.
