    MS abilities blinding the user was initially mentioned like 400 chapters ago lol. I hate on Kishi all the time but this isn't necessarily a retcon.

    Probably looking too much into it, but it's strange that Kakashi is going blind after using Kamui like 10 times, and Obito is perfectly fine years later and has been able to disappear and teleport with the 3 Tomoi Sharigan.

    Even though eyeballs can be hot-swapped like SD Cards now, Kakashi w/Eternal MS isn't in the cards and that almost makes me sad.

    Nothing I'd call very revelatory here, only thing i found particularly interesting was Kaguya. Wonder where she comes from/if its a coincidence she looks quite a lot like the death god, especially considering they called her the demon according to this translation

    Oh and also the sage had a brother too? I guess that'll be important at some point

    It might seem like "Years".. But he was the same way when he finally got the names of the tailed beasts back in issue 572 (February 1, 2012)... But it's only really been like, what, 4-5 hours since then? So he hasn't really changed at all.

    He might always be this way. He only gets stern and such when his friends are in danger. Right now, there's no danger, so he goes back to his base, loopy personality. Many, many shounen are this way. Kenichi in History's Strongest Disciple is the same way: flawed when no one is in danger, but super serious and amazing when friends are in danger.

    Its all part of the power of friendship rhetoric, and its a way to make the reader (remember, this shit is made for pre-teen Japanese boys) go "Wooooow`!!!" whenever the doofus main character finally mans up through the power of friendship.

    What the fuck is wrong with you people? No blood or guts or blah blah and the chapter is boring? I loved this chapter, it was a nice fresh break from all the constant war blah blah we've had for a while. Sure we know the basic back story of the sage of the 6 paths. But getting a good flashback that adds to the narrative? Yes please. Everyone hates flashbacks, I love em.

    And Naruto's always been like that. He had that same personality pre and post time-skip.

    I liked the chapter too...and it was nice to see that for once there was not a girl between the two brothers/friends who later became enemies.
