I've tried multiple times to get into One Piece. I always hear nothing but good things, but the art just puts me off. So much so that by a couple of chapters in I'm always just too annoyed by it to continue.

Good plot? Yep. Fun characters? Yep. Ever growing world? Yep. Shit from early on being relevant much later in the series? Yep. Great battles? Yep. Great back stories? Yep. Good villains? Yep.

And it goes on and on and on and on. There's a reason why One Piece is the most popular Jump manga ever and has outsold every other series

thing is, they do shit and then its like "ya you saved my life, your like my sister, ya I love you, but ya we cant see each ever again" That type of arch just kills it for me, we know it can not really screw anything of the real story, but then dont add something in so cool like a love interest that seemed to go over well and kill it off in that same show lol.

Naruto fillers were the very reason I stopped watching the anime X+ years ago. Shit was so fucktardedly stupid and so ridiculously long. The worst part is that on top of all that, a lot of it was interspersed with canon so it just made the entire thing unbearable to watch and difficult to track for manga readers.
