Madara's vision in that eye will be so limited that, in an attempt to get Obito's Rinnegan, he is going to miss and take Sakura's eye instead.

We already got foreshadowing in this chapter where Madara muses "if only he (the Sauce) had been born before Obito."

Thus, after stealing Sakura's eye, Madara will develop a huge man crush on Sasuke and give up his infinite Tsukiyomi to live happily ever after with Sasuke.

EXCEPT FOR THE PART THAT THE SHARINGAN (whoops) allows the user to see chakra flow, as does the rinnegan. He'll know who's chakra belongs to who. If anything ,my heart of heart prays sakura sees him coming and gives em the ole ultra slow haymaker to the jaw.
