I seriously don't get this about using both Rinnegans at once. Maybe a translation thing? Nagato/Pein was using them both fine. Was it because he was an Uzumaki and a descendent of the younger of the 2 SotSP's sons?

The Rinnegan was never from Nagato's original eyes...they said in the chapter that the eyes together with the original owner would be unbeatable. (i.e. Madara)

That's not the issue. In the Chapter, Obito says that he could barely insert 1 eye into himself, and that 2 was overwhelmingly powerful and that he couldn't do it. And yet Nagato, as a young teenager, was able to have both implanted into him with no issues.

And I find it hilarious that Sakura's thing was being physically strong and able to heal people, and now Naruto is a better healer then her and was physically stronger then her a long ass time ago, lol

Uzumakis all apparently have an obscene amount of Charka hich is probably what allowed Nagato to use them both at once. You can see the toll it took on him though.

He's conserving chakra. He can't turn that Rinnegan on and off like his Sharingan.

In order to exit Obito's Kamui dimension, Madara needs to leave Obito's sharingan in until he's out. So there will be a brief moment after he exits where he will have the other Rinnegan but it won't be in his eye socket. They need to get it off him before he puts it in his head, so it's the Bell drill but with way higher stakes (and way less time).
