And maybe the 4th? I mean, Danzo knows so much he got killed right after the conference. Plus, we don't know how Obito controlled the 4th; not to mention that doesn't mean the 4th had a bijuu as an ally, just that he knew how to control it's power. Naruto knew how to control that power (to a point, since the 9 tails is OP even by bijuu standards), that doesn't mean he had control over the bijuu or that it would do his bidding.

Bee is the exception, not the rule. And now that Kurama is on terms, Naruto is an exception too.

Wasn't there like a 1 year hiatus the last time this series had a time skip? I don't remember, I got into the series just as the time skip started up.

Time skip was brutal is all I know. I was only watching the anima at the time and it was full on filler if I remember. So I can only guess that is due to it having no room and needing filler.

Entire seasons of filler...it contributed a third or maybe even half of all episodes of pre-time skip Naruto. It was ridiculous, especially if you didn't know it was all filler because you picked up the anime before the manga. >_>

Maybe the only reason people thought Yagura was on good terms with his bijuu, was because they were both being controlled by some sharingan genjutsu.

Episodes 132 to 219 are like 99% filler and 1% flashbacks lol. Almost 90 god damn episodes and like 2 years worth of fillers

And that's not including the filler episodes before or during shippuuden, that's purely between when Sasuke leaves to join Orochimaru and when Naruto leaves to train with Jiraiya. Which was like 5 chapters max in the manga lol

Edit: and every filler arc, without fail, ended with Naruto Rasengan'ing the filler boss lol. Not that I watched the fillers religiously, just what I'm reading online about it

I watched religiously, and didn't think it was filler until the gaara filler arc. Only then did I go read the manga and learn the truth. Was pretty mad to say the least.

Haven't watched the anime since Gaara got brought back to life and Sakura was actually useful. I was confused when you guys kept talking about the ninja ostrich thing but I guess I missed that one lol

Yeah, they ran out of post time skip naruto filler ideas, so now they throw flashback fillers to kill some time.
