Power of friendship is more likely to work on other-worldly figure that's never been seen before and doesn't have much concept of Naruto and companionship than it would have on psychopath Madara.

So... there's like lava. And Kakashi and Sakura are expendable... but like... Naruto doesn't want that. And they're kind of putting up a fight with forcefields and stuff... and then Sasuke makes an attack at the end and you don't really see the result of it.

And while that's a spoiler about what happens in the chapter(all of it)... is it really spoiling anything?

While it wasn't the best chapter ever or anything lol, we've known 6 paths people could fly since the Pain invasion. And I assume Sasuke's forcefield was just Susanoo, which has been around for like, 400 chapters lol. Like, I don't get what people are confused about in this chapter at all lol.

Oh shit, Naruto saved someone instead of letting them die?! WTF this manga has changed so much man! Except he's been pulling that shit for years lol

There is no plotkai here, it was just a shitty chapter. The new big baddy is a one dimensional piece of trash and that doesn't help at all. The two main protagonist are just boring at this point, with nothing but convenient free power ups to fix the holes Kishi writes himself into. Sakura being useless and needing to be saved once again. The list goes on.

We knew this was gonna happen the second Naruto and Sasuke talked to the alien hermit; all this shit came out of left field and was just unnecessary and stupid.
