I wondered that too but he's been spamming Amaterasu ever since he got the Eternal Mangekyo by way of Itachi's eyes, so I'm not inclined to think he can still go blind. That said, have his EMS eyes always bled when he used Amaterasu? I can't recall, but I don't think they did.
