Tobi/Uchiha Madara finally shows his face!

If you're implying that the final panel is a picture of Tobi, it's pretty clearly Sasuke. Not only is the Sharingan on the wrong side of the face in that last panel, but it's pretty obvious in the panel above that Tobi is wearing a headband of some sort under the mask.

so I guess now sasuke can have a breakdown then go back to konoha. wouldn't be terribly surprised if tsunade gets killed off sooner than later, leaving the next-gen sannin to save the world from akatsuki etc.

I dunno, joining Akatsuki and doing all we can presume he did while with them doesn't quite have the same MGS feel. Though, maybe my opinion will change once we learn more about the motives of both him and Madara.
