Google says this:

Golden Week, Japanese Ōgon Shūkan, also called Ōgata Renkyū, series of four holidays closely spaced together and observed at the end of April and beginning of May in Japan. The four holidays are Shōwa Day (April 29), Constitution Day (May 3), Greenery Day (May 4), and Children's Day (May 5).

And then Jump itself has 4 of its own breaks, which coincide with the typical timing of Golden Week at the end of April. Jump's break schedule is:

Issue #04-05 -> third week of December
Issue #06-07 -> first week of January
Issue #22-23 -> last week of April
Issue #36-37 -> first week of August

(These dates vary from year to year)

So in reality, we only have to deal with 4 breaks throughout the year (two of which are at New Years and make it seem like 1 bigger break, as opposed to 2 weekly breaks), not this "one week per month" you're spouting.

I thought the manga did a better job at creating a comedy moment out of it. And I agree, Minato's appearance and even Sasuke's "I'm gonna be Hokage" were just done better lol

I actually really liked this issue. The teamwork was really good, reminded me of early Naruto seeing a 4man team work so well together. Will be sad when its all pointless next week and she Izanagi's or some shit lol.
