I still gather Naruto or Sasuke will be Hokage, if Kakashi doesn't keep his powered up eyes after this he's gonna be alot weaker(albeit he'll have an assload more chakra to work with for other jutsu's but he won't be able to use the Raikiri anymore without it) and I don't think he'd take Hokage over his students after all this. I can see him becoming a wandering hermit like Jiraiya, writing his own books and enjoying being around people.

Naruto and Sasuke will probably have their own battle similar to the Madara/Hashirama one to determine who will lead the Leaf, and whatever happens in the end Sasuke will prolly start repopulating the Uchiha clan, stating that he can do so "without their terrible bloody history weighing on their minds this time to prevent the same thing from happening again" or something as cliche.

Then we'll get a movie or spinoff from 100-200 years in the future with their descendants fighting in giant Chakra-powered ninja robots.
