Sure, he's grimdark for wanting to kill them (mostly because this is a childrens' manga) but is there any other way to realistically get them to gtfo?

No one had any doubt Naruto and Sasuke were going to go at it one more time. It's the way it was presented. Naruto united the ninja world, united the Kages, brought peace to the tailed beasts, and broke the cyclical influence of Kaguya/Zetsu that spanned several generations. After everything that's occured you would think it would have been a mutually respected fight with Sasuke over the title of Hokage. Instead, it's Sasuke going bitch mode once again and throwing another temper tantrum to get his way despite all that's been accomplished.

Want peace in the ninja world? Wipe out every single breathing Uchiha left. That's the only absolute resolution I've taken from this manga over the last few years.

in actuality, this could be brutal. the sauce is at full eye hax, and naruto, while having a bit of the beast chakra, is rather slim on his alternate sources. unless someone slips naruto a sensu bean, this should be over relatively quickly.

Sasuke is more in the right than Naruto is. The nations were always in conflict, and after this war ends, they will be in conflict once again. His plan to eliminate a major cause of conflict, and then unite the world under a single leader isn't exactly pretty, but Naruto's plan logically wouldn't work ever. Naruto is expecting peace and friendship among a half dozen countries just because they cooperated once, and has no real answer of his own. He might be able to milk his status as savior of the world to cause peace for a while, but once he's gone, it'll go back to before.

Naruto's plan will work because this is shonen, but Sasuke's plan is much more logical, even if it's douchebaggish and "evil".

The war united the nations, and they have all come around to Naruto and the Power of Friendship. It's a brand new world already, and sasuke is trying to fuck that up before it even has a chance.

At the start of the manga you make this argument, but this last arc has show that the Kage's are all willing to change. You can make the argument that it was only the war that brought them together, but you saw real change in the Tsuchikage and Raikage and many of the rank and file ninja. I would have been very surprised if after all this was over that the Kage's would have been like "Ok, now back to the regularly scheduled Ninja War!" Sasuke is just being a bitch and Itachi should have trapped him in an Izanami loop.

Rinnegan Judara threw up like two dozen Chibaku Tenseis in the chapter before he used Infinite Tsukuyomi with no signs of running low on energy, and Sasuke is likely stronger than he was. 9 Chibakus is no sweat for Sasuke now.

Sauces 'revolution' cry runs counter to what the manga has been hammering home which is that the current Kage are willing to move on past the blood divisions between their nations. After the kage summit, Obito, Madara and infinite Tsukiyomi, the idea that things would return to status quo is pessimistic. We've already seen a revolution. We just saw ninja from all over the world working together from fodder up the chain to kages.

All the old zombies made comments that shit isn't what it used to be and that the future lies with the youth - the same youth who seem willing to work together towards a brighter ninja world. With the ninja nations essentially disarming themselves of WMD bijuus, the idea of peace is furthered still.

Essentially Sasuke is throwing out all of the development everyone has made because he doesn't think it'll work and in turn a dictatorship is the answer under Sharingan. It wasn't a good plan with Nagato, it wasn't a good plan with Obito and it wasn't a good plan with Madara so what makes Sauce different? What makes him so infallible? Rasengan this fool into the shadow realm already.

The only thing Sauce has in his argument is that destroying the bijuu is probably a good idea to prevent the world from ever rearming. Naruto wont have it because he's an idealist but I guess Kishi needs to avoid happily ever after to be dark and gritty.
