Also, there is an entire episode about a black chick. It is the one where everyone gets high on mushrooms.

Actually almost everyone new in that episode is black. The criminal is black, another guy searching for the criminal is black (and I think he says he's the youngest Shaft brothers) and that black woman.

Seems like the Naruto Shippuden movie comes out on DVD April 23rd in Japan (according to Wikipedia). Hopefully, DB has it subbed a short time after that.

Even though it is basically 3 episodes of filler, I still want to see it.

I really enjoy watching episodes of Naruto for some reason, even when they're overall pretty boring...some thoughts though:

The discussion on bloodline limits and light/dark chakra nature manipulation being put so close together in the dialogue makes me wonder...Maybe teleportation involves light and wind chakra or something or dark and wind? Perhaps the key unlocks the other half of Naruto's chakra which is of the light/dark type. That would give him a bloodline and add extreme depth to his character. I hope that isn't just a coincidence and they put that in there to hint at it being a possibility later on.

Also, the village being attacked thing in the preview for next episode... is that part of the main storyline? Iirc we should be nearing the point where those Akatsuki members attack some town or whatever and Konoha is sent out to fight them... hopefully that's what they were talking about and not some fucking filler.

Of course it still takes chakra, there's just no negative side effect according to the story we were told once you steal your siblings developed eyes.

Plus, he's clearly enough of a badass that he doesn't need the more advanced eyesight of the Mangekyo, just like what Zetsu was talking about when Sasuke resisted Tsukiyomi. Tobi probably only uses it for those 3 techniques that require it.

The only problem with this theory is that there is a VERY big gap between when the 1st Hokage beat Madara and Obito dying. The 3rd Hokage has many memories of the 1st/2nd from when he was a child, and the 3rd Hokage was pretty old when we started, a mere 10-15 years after Obito dies.
