Agreed pre-timeskip fights seemed to be more memorable on the whole, but the most memorable Naruto fight had to be Naruto vs. Pain. After that it just felt like everything got solved by his having the Fox, albeit seeing Kushina during his training with Killer Bee was good. It was such a let down that Naruto didn't even learn the Flying Thundergod.

Best fight in general was Bee vs. Sasuke though. Just for the one scene where Sauce got his chest blown open.

The fights against the Sound 4 will always be my favorite. I started to like them significantly less when Kishi didn't commit to those deaths (though you have to at least expect that'll be the case), but they were awesome regardless.
Woulda gone down as some of my favorite fights in anime/manga history if he let them die off though, especially Chouji's fight.

Post-skip had to be Chiyo/Sakura vs. Sasori, with Naruto vs. Pain a close second.

The closest Sakura got to a Crowning Moment of Awesome.

Post time skip, I actually liked the Sauce versus Itachi as well as some of the aforementioned ones.

Him versus Deidara wasn't too bad either.
