The last large filler-arc (about five months) covered the exams Naruto didn't take due to his absence and was pretty much just thrown in after Madara extracted all Bijuus, no reason given. That arc ended two weeks ago.

The latest episode featured Obito fighting back, standing side by side with Kakashi, which prompted him to be reminded of "that time", so the Anime went back to his childhood for the fourth, fifth or sixth time, I don't know; I lost track.

That part covered half an episode and the preview looks like the next episode will be nothing but childhood-flashbacks. So basically, after five months of fillers there were 1 1/2 episodes without fillers or flashbacks and we're jumping right back in; though I doubt that this will cover a substantial amount of episodes.

Nonetheless, considering that the opening has been spoilering a lot of major events for about half of the filler arc already, this is really turning into an unpleasant tease.

Don't know anyone who is Anime only personally but the Intro isn't all that spoilerific. And I really like how they did Madara in the ending. Very creative and a very nice touch.

The Chuunin exams in the filler kept Naruto a Godly-Genin though. It was basically telling (in a terrible filler way) how everyone else became Chuunin and how Neji filler-plotkai'd his way to Jounin

It had quite a few good episodes. Some weren't exactly great, but overall, the arc was decent. However, it would have been nice if they had skipped the entire "What would Naruto do if he were here?" and "I cannot give up because Naruto wouldn't give up either"-fluff every other episode, that was plain silly.
