Gaara vs Deidara was not that good. A bunch of explosions and sand, but it was sooo drawn out.

Naruto and Sakura vs Kakashi was pretty interesting though. Gai vs Fake Kisame wasn't even that amazing really other than a few techniques. Shippuden has been a rather big let down in terms of epic fights.

All the shippuuden fights sucked ass, they were way too drawn out and kept shifting scenes back and forth with other fights to make it as long as possible. And with the exception of the first 5minutes of episode 1, the music was never properly synced with the fights like they were in Naruto (Naruto going berserk corresponding to faster music etc).


I mean the sasuke / naruto reunion scene was just them talking and it took up a whole 2 episode special!! Hopefully this filler arc means the next arc with all the cool fights like

I can't stand the pace of the Naruto anime. They destroyed the battle between Naruto and oro compared to how awesome it was in the manga, fillers suck, and its so freaking far behind in the story.

I'm looking forward to anything Hidan/Kakuzu. Took an eternity to intro them, and I like their fights and abilities. Deidre vs Sasuke is kinda meh to me. Lots of flashy moves then a BS ending in Sasuke's favor.

Somehow summoning Manda when he's pretty damn close to Deidre as he blow himself up and having Manda take the hit and surviving.

After that it's the genjutsu fest of Sasuke/Itachi and Jiraya D: D:

It's somewhat interesting, now that I think about it. Sasuke has pretty much guaranteed he won't get into any "sage arts" with his line of snakes with what he did to Manda. And Naruto is working on Sage Arts with his frogs, which essentially gives Naruto the 1up later once he has mastered this power, as Sasuke "shouldn't" be capable of acquiring this power.

Sasuke wouldn't be able to use the Sage Arts anyway. It seems like it was only meant for people with a ton of Chakra.

Asuma wins against him and Naruto stabs a kunai in his leg to prevent himself from transforming into demon cloak and gets Sora back to normal by not giving up. Believe it!

Hidan is the guy with the Scythe iirc. Kakuzu is the dude who uses threads or whatever to fight.

Hidan uses his three bladed scythe to cause any kind of injury to his opponent, then uses their blood to start his curse. Basically he "kills" himself and it in turn, kills his opponent. And he's immortal <.<

Kakuzu steals hearts from his opponents and adds them to himself, allowing him to use all 5 chakra types and also why he's old as hell. His threads bandage up Hidan after his curses and allow kakuzu to take off his own body parts at will.

Kakuzu's fight in the manga was bad ass, Naruto fucked him up with his new jutsu. He killed something like 3-4? hearts in one move.
