Er, correct me if I'm wrong, but I think when they said "no chest" they meant the flesh from his neck and chest were burned off from the Oxtopus' chakra. Like when Naruto goes 4-tails, all of his skin burns off from Kyuubi's chakra. Pretty sure that's why he was still alive.

This is what I thought... and.. Saw... It didn't look like his chest was gone, it looked like some skin and tissue was missing. A bad injury, but with Juugo's chakra and flesh, sure, why the fuck not? Naruto heals himself from broken necks and fatal holes, sasuke has to have something, come on.

I want to know how sage art will help against pain. Sure it makes him stronger but what makes them think he will be able to land a hit on pain to hurt him.

Madara sent Sasuke there for a reason, he wanted the last Uchiha to die. I think Sasuke's friend will either die or fall back with Sasuke, assuming his ameretsu doesn't work on the bull. Sasuke will come back to Konoha and join forces up with everyone and then be in a fight with Madara while Naruto fights Pein. Madara will face off against the 8 tails and the 8 tails dude will be cocky against another Sharingan but will be a little different with Madara fighting him and not Sasuke.
