It's always been a toss up whether Neji or Shikamaru was my favorite character. If they don't use Neji in these upcoming fights, that's going to be really disappointing.

Maybe he's not shown, but I'm pretty sure the village does utilize him. I'm certain he made jounin when everyone else is a chuunin for a reason. This may be where he gets to show his jounin-earning skills.

It will most likely be Naruto having to rest since his training got so crazy and then Kakashi will have to hold off Pein for a while or Kakashi will hold off Pein so Naruto can go Sage Mode, unless he joins the Ma and Pa like Jiraiya does.

I don't believe Kakashi will become Hokage and I think his big deal will have something to do with Akatuski or however you spell it.

I think thats why the "pa" told him that they would join to his body, like with jiraiya.

And also so he can "not move" and go into sage mode so they can take care of movement and such for him. Has nothing to do with shadow clones like people mentioned earlier.
