I wish they would just skip ahead in the anime and go to where it's at now in the manga. I haven't watched the anime in a long time, but I would love to see the upcoming fights animated.

Stopped watching the anime back when the first set of fillers after Sasuke left started. Tried to give it another chance maybe 3 or 4 weeks ago after literally all this time and SURPRISE, found it to be at some bs filler lmao.

I'm kind of eager to see the other ninjas start fighting too though. Rookie 7 or whatever the hell those teams were called. I bet Tenten & Neji are ridiculous now.

The spoilers have danzou killing the messenger frog. Too soon to discuss motive but is danzou working for the village or against?

i think the answer to that is that he's both for and against the village depending on the perspective you take on it. from what i understand, he disagrees with the way the two latest hokages have been running things and feels that it would be better for the village if they did things his way. of course this would mean userping tsunade and thus pitting him against the village. who knows, if the spoilers are true, he may very well have some sort of pact with pein (like he was trying to make with oro) and part of this attack is to kill her off so he can more easily take control.
