    why does pain looks blueish in the anime? looks like a fucking smurf. I just hope this anime arc gets faster not like the last one. I always get sad to watching the ending song with Asuma disappearing

    Story-wise, Hinata has more substance then Sakura/Ino with their corny "I luvz Sasuke." Hinata being the only female acknowledging Naruto before everyone else. I think she's extremely relevant.

    She has done nothing. NATA. Caring about Naruto means really little. At most she will be Chichi. Sakura at least wins a fight once every few years. Ino works in a functional squad and has an exceptional ability. Hinata's whole deal is that she is a weak woman and a letdown for her family(maybe just a source for another character's anger?). What a new concept to manga.

    The only reason I wouldn't want her to die is because "girlfriend in the fridge" is a terrible trope. Too bad for her that's her only chance at relevancy.

    I'd be willing to bet, if anyone, Hinata dying would set off Naruto more than anyone else. So honestly I'm all for it. I just want Naruto to finally do something that wows me, I don't care who has to die to bring it out.

    I'm not sure about that. Naruto really doesn't know Hinata cares about him and aside from fillers (which don't count in the actual story) he has very little time spent even noticing her. But there is a small chance you're right.

    He got pissed when Neji beat the shit out of her, that's all my assumption is based on. I don't think Naruto is really as dense as what it's made to look like when it comes to Hinata, I just think he doesn't give a fuck because he's a scatterbrain.

    I always thought that was because he didn't like the pure hate Neji showed his cousin and how even though everyone knew Hinata "would" lose, she still tried. Everyone always told him he'd always be a loser, so he liked seeing someone else putting in the effort he does. But I'm not sure if that one instance is enough for Naruto to really consider her important. I don't see her anywhere near the level of Jiraiya/Kakashi/Iruka in Naruto's eyes.
