He is pretty cool, almost like an anti-shonen character...character. He does the exact opposite of Naruto in almost every situation, even though Naruto has got a lot more intelligent about his fighting.

I don't really see a "love story" forming ever in this series, Hinata and Sakura may like Naruto, but I just can't see it happening.

Nah, I don't think there will end up being a love connection in the story. The beginning of the manga with Naruto wanting to be with Sakura was just to set up the rivalry between him and Sasuke since Sakura wanted nothing to do with Naruto. The story has matured quite a bit since its beginnings, and I'd be willing to bet there's no true resolution to any love interests in this manga in the end. Sakura might realize her feelings for Naruto, but I don't see them going anywhere. Really, it'd be pretty fucking stupid for Naruto and Sakura or even Naruto and Hinata to suddenly get together considering Naruto's been off doing his own shit for a while now, and Sakura's avoiding getting blown to pieces somehow, and Hinata is invisible as usual.

I don't see a love story happening in what story we see up until the end. Will likely just a sort of, "He became Hokage and married X!" in a little after-issue. Much as I'd rather it be Hinata, it could be anyone. Really don't think it'll be Sakura, though. If Sasuke ever comes back and isn't thrown into jail for the rest of his life, she'd probably be watching his ass 24/7.
