he's the 4th sannin at the moment, too bad the guy who gave them the titles isn't around anymore.

He's looking more and more like the strongest character in the manga... Just the way he seems to be carrying himself in fights now makes him seem like he's got it all including the intelligence.

I still have my doubts on how he'll do against a Sharingan user, hopefully he's got some sort of tricks up his sleeve. Pain might not be such a big problem since only one body seems to use genjutsu. But Sasuke and Madara, I really feel inclined are going to be a real challenge if not impossible at the moment, for Naruto.

He's definitely way stronger than he was before though, simply because now he can use the Rasen-Shuriken without fear of repercussions if not anything else.

This is the assumed jutsu Naruto was working on in frogville when he tore the mountains apart, a ranged rasen shuriken. The damage only happens when the jutsu is released from it's sphere, so if he can throw it away he won't take damage from it.

Wow excellent chapter. But leaves me open to wondering how he mastered Frog Mode. (would be stupid if they fell back on a kage bunshin and had a bunshin sitting in some frog oil.)

Oh fuck yes, I need 431 now! In that one panel when the speech bubble says "I am the fifth hokage" it looks like it's coming from the top of the frog Naruto is standing on and not Tsunade. A little weird, at first I thought he was declaring himself to be it and then I realized the fifth is Tsunade the bubble is just aimed weird.

Can't wait to see naruto in action, the 2 page panel with him flooring the Pain body was epic.

Well it's just assumed but there was a manga page where Naruto was cutting mountains in half with "that jutsu" as he referred to it from a large distance away. This was after he had perfected Sage mode and his "skin become harder" or whatever. So I think the general consensus is that the sage mode and his subsequently thicker skin allow him to use the Rasen-Shuriken at range or without the dangerous repercussions.

Damn, the chapter was amazing. From the look of the orb, it seems like a regular Rasengan. But with the spikey-ring-like-impact effect, it looks like it might be a Fuuton-Rasengan. I dunno, I'm hoping for the latter. Not exactly a Fuuton-Rasenshuriken, but just 1 step lower, like the one Naruto made when combining with Yamato's water technique to create that cyclone technique to save Kakashi, Ino and Chouji.

But yeah, fucking wicked chapter. I can't wait for the next one.
