My friend who loves Naruto (and has never seen Dragon Ball Z)... I keep telling him that Naruto right now is essentially Goku from DBZ, which explains how he shows up randomly to save everyone's ass and is crazy powerful.

He didn't understand how he got so much power and I'm like "DRAGON BALL Z! COME ON! It's ripped right from that damn series! It didn't make sense then, so it doesn't need to make sense now."

Anyways long story short, apparently in some people's opinions Naruto right now is still nothing like Dragon Ball Z.

I say "Yeah... right."

(Not that that is a bad thing but the parallels right now are astounding!!!)

Ive been watching early shippuden this week i forgot how awesome it was

in the anime it just said" dont use that power" so i had always just assumed it meant the kyuubi

and there also whatever itachi gave to naruto, and the scroll, ahhh i remember it all now

I may be wrong but I think "that jutsu" is releasing the kyuubi. Right before that Jiraya was telling Naruto not to fly off at the handle and lose his temper. Kyuubi feeds off of that and comes out whenever Naruto goes insane with rage, so I think its just Naruto going 4 tails.

He wouldn't discuss that and then specifically say, whatever you do don't use 'that jutsu'. It's pretty obvious it isn't specifically releasing the Kyuubi.
