I got a feeling someone will come out of no where to help naruto. At the same time what itatchi gave naruto could come into play. It could be he didn't want naruto to be caught and never had the same plan as pain did.

It's doubtful what Itachi gave Naruto will ever come into play until the inevitable final fight of the series of Naruto vs Sasuke. Chapter was okay, kind of almost had a Bleach-filler-wait-till-the-next-week style to it though.

wait-to-the-next-week filler is perfectly fine when stuff actually happens before and after the filler.

I'm thinking Ninetails chakra inc. I mean, it would be really interesting to see him do it in this situation. In front of his friends and other ninja, the sheer animosity that takes over him and how they will go from respect of his sennin-like powers to utter fear.

I'm kinda thinking he'll have to. Just because if Pain can't make him use all his gears exactly how hard will many other things be for him? That said, I wouldn't be surprised if he has another trick non-Kyuubi up his sleeve for this. As long as things keep happening I'm very much enjoying this all go down.

Gonna whip out the Kyuubi chakra, overload (or whatever) the body currently holding him by forcing too much chakra into it, then it'll be 1v1.

few weeks before xmas - they were away on a mission and gai said something about feeling uneasy so they were making their way back to the village. i have no doubt they will show up soon

Lotsa possibilities, and their's no way the fight is over. He can still get sage chakra from the last clone and/or Kyuubi mode and/or we find out Pein was already trapped in a genjutsu.

but yeah. i see the frogs using their genjutsu and someone coming to help take care of that pein absorbing chakra, and we will see 1v1 naruto and pein

it would be over if Neji(One can wish) could get near or any juuken user. But we know that would be to easy. So, what could possibly happen next to prolong the 1 on 1 will probably be the Kyuubi handling it. Where is Konan? Why is it taking her so long to get there and help Pein?

One last question so does Chakra absorbing Pein get Sage Chakra and if so can he transfer it amongst him and God Pein. Should he be struggling to maintain that type of chakra since it takes so much to maintain it.

Why not? Naruto can employ 3-4 tails without losing control over Kyuubi's power. It would be epic to be sure.

It would be BS if Pein gets caught in genjutsu. He has the ultimate eyes, there's no way an eye technique user can get caught in a genjutsu

Not necessarily. The eyes seem to have the power for chakra transferrence which can lead to genjutsu defense, but with this many bodies down it may not work. The Hyuuga and Uchiha eyes came about to compete with each other, Uchiha worked on genjutsu and Hyuuga worked on dispelling genjutsu which would be why they're so good at seeing through it. But just because something is the "ultimate" doesn't mean it is in the same manner as the other eye techniques.
