Hopefully Hinata isnt dead. hopefully a slug gets to her asap and heals most of her wounds. plus if there is still moar story after all this fighting, with her coming out with her feelings it would make for an awkward love triangle with sakura and naruto

Seems pretty dead to me unless:
A)Pein's Black rods restricted Naruto's ability to detect chakra(which has been demonstrated to enable the detection of every living thing in the city) Aka he thinks she's dead which is a really good indication on if she is or not.

B)Pein managed to somehow screw up killing an unmoving and crippled target at point blank range despite being a ninja with skills above kage level.

C)Genjutsu. This occurred to me since there was a reference to peins chakra being used to restrict Naruto from being able to move. Since the explanation of genjutsu to the best of my memory involves inputting your own chakra to manipulate another being's chakra this actually seems like a viable copout due to that being exactly what pein was doing to naruto in this chapter.

Also the nine tail's chakra has been shown to be very bad for living things other than Naruto. If she was alive(barely) then the chakra leakage from Naruto alone would be enough to kill her easily in theory.

Hinata may be dead, but honestly, I doubt it'll make any difference with anything. Looks like Gai & co should be in Konaha soon. and Raikage and Sasuke are still on their way.
also: Peins eye did some weird thing right after stabbing Hinata. not sure what that was.
