I art speechless.

Hard to understand why he'd think that way solely based on the amount of combat variety involved, not to mention that his point is rather moot.

Plot- and dialogue-wise DBZ was just so much worse, the only moment that ever got me was Piccolo's death in the fight against Nappa I think.
The whole "We can revive them with the Dragon balls" mentality much ruined everything, pretty much like Orihime's revival abilities ruin Bleach, it just makes deaths have so much less of an impact, on the characters as well.
I still remember how Freeza killed Dende and the only things Gohan and co. had on their minds was "Wow, he's fast", "Damn, he killed our healer", "Shit, that was clever".
Just makes everything seem so insignificant.

I'm glad that Naruto has been avoiding any life-returning abilities so far, or at least overuse thereof by the main characters, only cases that come to mind would be Gaara and some random Hokages.

yeah, though it may not actually be in stores yet. I work at a DC that sends books to other companies. we have a lot of street dated stuff.

we get books, then stores like barnes and nobles, and Amazon.com orders it from us.

I was just at Barnes and Noble last week and opened a Naruto volume (had never seen one before, honestly...) and it started with the end of the Sasuke vs Deidara fight.

also: guess I really never saw a colored picture of pein, or paid to much attention to it, but Peins orange hair just looks really odd on him.

I remember saying ages ago that my theory was pein was so emo because he always gets picked on for being a ginger and that after all ginger people have no souls
