Only way Sasuke can beat Naruto now is if he uses Chidori Tenbon (locking Naruto's chakra points), and that'd force Naruto to automatically use Demon Fox (just like when pain stabbed him all over disrupting his Chakra). Since Sasuke can now supress the Fox though, Naruto wont be able to transform.

Also I doubt Naruto will be able to fight off Sasuke's Genjutsu just yet, he has not become friends with his fox like Kirabi and his ox-bull. Maybe Itachi's gift to Naruto will come in handy now? Naruto actually dispelled Genjutsu from the 30% Itachi Powered clone b4 though with just using his chakra (and chiyo/sakura hit him in head) so...

Oh, and Wind > Lightning Chakra anyways, so most of Sasuke's Lightning based Jutsu will be ineffective against Naruto (if Naruto uses the right Wind Jutsu's (doesn't have to be Rasengan only). Sasuke's only resort are Fire Techniques/Genjutsu. He cannot beat Naruto's Taijutsu now lol, Naruto will be punching holes through his face and shit with his Senjutsu/Frog Katas.

I'm sure kishimoto will pull some emo-faggot no jutsu or something that will make sasuke superior to naruto for one reason or the other.

I do wish sasuke will just get curbstomped so hard like some random grunt and just not make any difference in the plot progression, but my expectation of the series has been greatly diminished by the last chapter.

So just like I figured, Nagato's quick turn-around was due to being able to believe in an ideal he felt strongly about but had given up on. I likes how the chapter played out (it NOT being a complete reversal of what happened), and I too liked the final conversation between Kakashi and his dad before he was brought back.

Now we just need Naruto to return to the village, lock eyes with Hinata, and just start making out with her right in front of Sakura.

Anyways I still see Sasuke as being able to hang with Naruto should they fight, pretty much solely due to his Genjutsu. Naruto is just no good at handling genjutsu at all. This of course is based upon not knowing what exactly Itachi gave to Naruto in terms of power.

Keep in mind, Madara just recently found out that the "Killer Bee" Sasuke delivered was nothing but a henge'd tentacle, and I have a sneaking suspicion that was no accident on Sasuke's part.

In addition, Sasuke was never particularly interested in Madara's biju collection scheme, and top it off with the fact that Sasuke swore bloody vengeance on his brother and whoever associated with his clan's murder.

Do you really think he'll fight his own brother to the death and simply let a distant relation like Madara off the hook? No, these two are gonna have it out sooner or later.



Madara ain't really completely in Sasuke's corner, and vice versa.

Naruto is meet by a horde of fans back in the village.(Kakashi praises him in his mind)

Naruto sheds a tear in the distance. Hinata thinks back to how lonely Naruto was in his childhood, and compares that to the present time. Iruka gets tears in his eyes over sees how Naruto is adored by everyone. Sakura punches Naruto in the face, then immediately hugs him.
Shikaku thanks Naruto in his mind, and calls for an important meeting.(Concerning the Jounin squad leaders)

Zetsu is watching.

Scene changes to Akatsuki

Zetsu: "With Pain killed, I don't think Konan will be coming back here"

He then nominates himself to be Hokage.

The Fire Daimyou appoints him[Danzou] as the Rokudaime Hokage.
