I don't know to be honest. In my opinion it would make the most sense to avoid a Sasuke/Naruto confrontation at this point. If they do face off in Konoha, Naruto will most likely have to fend him off since Sasuke plans to at least off the elders, and at most the entire village if we are to believe what he told Madara. Naruto cares far too much about the village at this point to allow something like that to happen. I think a Sasuke/Naruto fight will be one of if not the final fight in the manga, so I just can't see something like that happening already.

This confrontation could be avoided by having Naruto away from the village for a while... but it wouldn't make sense for Konoha to send Naruto away for any reason at this point. The village is at its weakest at the moment, and is most vulnerable to attacks. They would want to keep their strongest ninja in or around the village for now in order to prevent such attacks.

My best guess would be what you alluded to Serif. Sasuke sees that Konoha is already devastated, and decides to just go about killing those directly responsible for the Itachi situation. They hit hard and fast, with maybe a minor confrontation between one of the Hawk members and someone (say, Karin and Sakura for example). Naruto hears about it and searches for Sasuke, but Sasuke quickly finds the elders, kills them, and leaves before Naruto can catch up to him.

I think what will happen is Danzou will make an order to send Naruto away from Konoha. The reason being is that he wants to rebuild Konoha and with Naruto there he is more of a threat to the town than an asset. Seeing how all of the baddies are wanting him. Naruto will then leave the town after arguing and seeing that he can not sway the new Hokage.

Team Cloud will have something to do with Naruto more than likely or at least I hope. Don't really see them doing anything in Konoha except go after Sasuke but I think Sasuke is being saved for the Elders/Danzou.

Ino and chouji, everyone in gai's group, and Shino meet their families.

Hinata and Kiba recall encounters and inform Naruto of their gratitude.

And Naruto goes all "this is all my fault, etc" route, which I suppose it is. Eh. I guess it's okay. Sakura should totally be all like "It's not Naruto!" and have more touching scenes between the two. I guess I'm a sucker for Sakura actually being nice to Naruto.

As far as the Kabuto thing goes, I didn't think it'd be a huge surprise for him to join Akatsuki. Kabuto was already quite skilled, and now with Orochimaru in him (possibly), he'd increase his skill anymore. Looking forward to the chapter fleshing out.

Also, Hinata and more blushing... great. I totally like it if the Hinata/Kiba thing happened. He's always seemed really close to her.

Hmmm... a lot of that was really confusing to me.

But oh ho ho, me likes Danzo putting in the order to kill Sasuke. Not because I want Sasuke killed, but because it really puts Naruto in a bind now. He just saved the village and finally gained the respect and adoration of everyone. Now if he meets up with Sasuke, and doesn't make an attempt to kill him, pretty much everything he's just gained will be thrown out the window. Really puts him in a tough spot.

And yeah, get Kiba the hell away from Hinata

Danzo was the former Anbu leader, but since he was introduced, he's been shady as hell. i think the 1st time you get a real glimpse of it was when he hired Sai to backstab his group, right? and do "something" orochimaru... but i cant remember... been so long lol

I am trying to piece together why Danzo wants Saucegay dead so badly. If I remember correctly, the elders found out about the Uchiha's plan for a coup and so Danzo planted Itachi in his clan as a spy and ordered the execution of the clan. Itachi refused to kill Sauske and this angered Danzo and when it was done Itachi told him that if he ever touched Sauske he would rat him out and their plan to wipe out the clan. All I can come up with is that he wants him dead because he wants to eliminate any connection to him and the event that happened with the Uchiha clan and possibly sees Sauske as a threat to Konoha.

This would sense. It could also be that he knows Sasuke is /raging and is afraid more for himself, than for the village.

Doesn't make sense for there to be a Danzo and Madara relationship there, though. At least one on any high level of cooperation. Tobi could've easily killed Sasuke and telling his little tale didn't exactly paint Danzo and the elders in a positive light. Wanting him dead could be as simple as him being a traitor, but why focus so specifically on a single missing ninja?

Dattebayo used to sub but after Viz started offering streamed subs of current episodes, they decided to drop Naruto. You can watch it on their website, but if you want fansubs, HorribleSubs is doing Naruto and they usually release pretty fast. Dattebayo still has the torrents on their website for episodes 91-220 and then Shippuuden 1-91 which is where they stopped. HorribleSubs picked up the subs after episode 91 of Shippuuden.
