I know this had been beaten to death but what is Danzou and Madara are brothers and Madara knows he can not defeat Danzou but he is hoping that Sasuke can? After the long battle Madara sweeps in to kill off a weakened Sasuke?

The only thing that would go against this theory is that Sasuke stated he was always under Madara but he was also under Danzou to kill off the Uchihas. There is so much backstory on Danzou that hasn't been explained. We have not seen him in one fight so we really have no idea of what he is possible of.

Just throwing something out there because I am bored and hungry. Waiting for fooooooooood

So glad anime is back to main storyline. Sasuke has so much to do in order to catch up we shouldn't see filler for a long, long time. I can't wait to see Sasuke beat Orochimaru, beat Deidara, form Hawk, etc. Also, can't wait for Jiraiya's last fight. I might be a minority but after watching 113 I am kind of interested in watching Sasuke, he's pretty badass.

This week's anime was okay. I was expecting this to maybe be done in one episode, but oh well, I can't complain too much after the filler finally ended.

yea same here, finally being able to watch it in HD is nice since i was so used to DL'ing the dattebayo and we just got a new TV in the living room. (and i didnt DL a single filler. im stubborn)

but they have so much catching up to do.

the fight with sasuke and deidra is going to be so boring lol.. well not really. tobi will make an appearance. thats always worth it. who doesnt love tobi?

Looks like he's trying to make Sasuke out to be even more hatred than Pein, we'll see what it takes for Naruto to talk (beat) sense into him.

Well, I assume Konoha has their own hunter nins like the other main villages, so they'll now be after Sasuke. Knowing that, if Naruto decides to protect Sasuke and fight back against them, it would also brand him a traitor wouldn't it?

Definitely which is why the story is going to get very interesting, very quickly if handled properly.

All I can come up with is that he wants him dead because he wants to eliminate any connection to him and the event that happened with the Uchiha clan and possibly sees Sauske as a threat to Konoha.

Nailed it imo. Another twist is that, unknown to Danzo, Naruto also has dirt on him from the story Nagato told him.

ANBU are probably going to pounce on Sasuke once he arrives, and I agree, I think Naruto (and possibly some others) are going to try and defend Sasuke from them. Shit will hit the fan, basically!

And ahhhhh Tenzou and his little cheerleading squad <3 <3 and random Genma! He's another pointless character I love for some reason (maybe i just read too many fics with him in lol)

QFT. How else could they have heard of Konoha's destruction so fast and then travelled to the village so fast?

Good chapter. Did a really great job of setting up for the future conflicts, and I liked how they threw in the Sasuke flashbacks to show that Naruto didn't fully understand what he was going through back then. lol at Sakura though... "BAWWW I'm teh one that needz teh comforting."

/continues to patiently wait for a Naruto/Hinata interaction.

My guess is they'll be a fight starting with Sasuke, then he tells them about the whole Itachi-Danzou thing, then we get into Danzou+Root Vs Non asshole ninjas

That's what I'd like to see happen anyway~

I reckon Tsunade will wake up at some point, but only long enough to heal somebody significant who is dying, and then die herself
