quick sum up

Naruto says he won't allow that kind of crap and is going to complain to Danzo

Kakashi stops him, saying that the big wigs made the decision, play your hand poorly and you'll end up in the brig. Just hold out until Tsunade-sama wakes up.

To Danzo,

He orders Sai to keep an eye on Naruto and make sure he doesn't do anything stupid (the reason being that Naruto is the hero and has more fame than Danzo, if Danzo doesn't manage Naruto well, there would be an uprising by the villagers)

The thus ordered Sai returns to Naruto, Sai, Kakashi. Naruto asks Sai about Danzo, but Sai can't talk because all the Root members have their tongues sealed, if they spill any secrets, they will freeze up (in short, if they talk, they'll die), so Sai can't say anything

They explain to Sai who doesn't know the whole story, about Danzo giving the order to take out Sasuke

also these guys have swords and one of them says not to cut them for real...it is more of them just showing Naruto and Sakura their strength...there is a lot of talk about Sauske and his deeds from kidnapping the 8 Tails, though he got away, the cloud nin don't know it yet. So right now the cloud nin want to go after Sauske as well

Cloud ninja really didn't school them at all. Basically just a hit on Sakura and a hit on Naruto only because he was distracted while trying to help Sakura. Definitely liked the display of Naruto's speed, being able to take Sai's mini-sword and knock their katana away all in one swift motion.

Thing I really liked though, was the reveal to Naruto and Sakura that Sasuke is truly "evil" now. Before this, they could hide behind the assumption that Sasuke was only turning away from Konoha, training with Orochimaru, etc because of what happened to his family and his desire to kill Itachi. Now that they know he's out attacking other villages and joining Akatsuki, they really have no way of defending his actions anymore.

And Sai got a little chuckle out of me. "No, I literally can't talk about him. Wanna see? " It'll be interesting to see where his allegiance lies further on down the road assuming that Danzo does some dubious things as hokage.

Kage meeting should be interesting. Gaara returns~

As far as what's to come, it would seem Sauske is on the way to the village with his crew but I think that Madara will teleport-jutsu and stop him from going. Also, in regards to Naruto and future fights... how is Sage mode going to work? Is he going to have to begin the fight with Shadow clones and send them off for about an hour to gather Natural Energy? Or is he always going to have shadow clones gathering energy at that mountain and have the frogs teleport them in when he needs them?

Yup, this be why I like likes making him the Hokage. Will end up leading to even more turmoil for the village, and like you say he's cold, calculating, and manipulative.

Sage mode: I'd think it would be tough for Naruto if he is just thrown into a fight. If he knows he's going into a fight, he can prep it the same way he did against Pain. Though it may be possible for him to discretely send some clones away from a battle to gather energy while he keeps the enemy busy to buy some time.
