Clearly, Sasuke will never take Itachi's eyes during the manga. How do I know this? Because when you take new eyes, your new Mangekyou pattern is a combination of the patterns of the two eyes. Yet Itachi's pinwheel and Sasuke's Eye of the Jew would look fucking terrible together. Thus, it will never happen. Unless Sasuke wants to get laughed out of all of his fights.
DB is trolling, there is no anime this week.
Also yeah, they're just comparing the sasuke chakra to that of a tailed beast. gaara crying still seems so... un-gaara like to me, but whatever he is still awesome.
I had something else to say but now i have forgotten, oh well, couldn't have been important
To touch upon some of the thing's brought up...
Karin was just making a comparison to the feeling of a tailed-beast's power, and the creature shown in the background was just a visual representation of Sasuke's emo-hate. I'll bring up again that it's been stated on more than a few occasions that the other half of the kyuubi's chakra was sealed away in the Death God. It is not sealed in Sasuke. And if it is... then just ugh.
Gaara shedding a tear is ok with me. He's basically looking into a mirror at what he would've become if he hadn't changed his ways thanks to Naruto. Gonna be a bit emotional to see right in front of you how far you could have fallen. He's still awesome in my book, and I'll just add that I'm also liking how down-to-business Kankuro is.
As for Sasuke's power-ups, sure there are some techniques of his that seemingly come out of nowhere. But that's just the nature of the sharingan, where abilities will manifest themselves during times of great stress. That said, Sasuke has seemingly put a lot of time into training as well, most recently shown in his ability to actually change the shape of Amaterasu and manipulate it any way he wants to.
By the way... what's up with everyone being a sensor-type ninja all of a sudden?![]()
Which is why the sharingan is the biggest bullshit to come out of the series so far.
Remember the beginning? When Kakashi pulled out his sharingan, and it really only seemed like it let him copy stuff? It was pretty cool, never too overpowered. Even with Sasuke using his, it was just "I can see chakra, copy some shit." Now it has morphed into the most utterly bullshit bloodline limit in the entire series. Its like the kind of thing an eight year old makes up when play fighting with a friend.
"Nuh uh! I've got super magic eyes that can see everything, predict all your moves, has the ultimate ninjutsu, ultimate genjutsu, and can protect me from all damage ever! Nyah!"
"OH YEAH! WELL YOU FORGOT THAT YOUR SUPER EYES WILL MAKE YOU BLIND AND KILL YOU IF YOU USE THEM! First I'm gonna pluck em out, put em in my head, and then skullfuck you after I kick your ass with em, so nyah!"
And I completely agree, especially with how the sharingan was when it was introduced. As much as I'm not a fan of Captain Emo, I was just trying to point out that his abilities and how they seemingly come out of nowhere make sense as far as the Mangekyou is concerned.
In my opinion it should've just been kept it as it originally was for the most part, and then just have the Mangekyou be the ultimate in Genjutsu only
Sharingan was just fine when it first came out. Then Itachi rocked the Mangekyo Sharingan like a fucking boss, and now it's just a load of horseshit.
I gotta agree, Itachi was a boss with his shit.
So wait. When Itachi pulls new and exciting techniques out of nowhere with the Mangekyou, it's awesome (and I admit it was) and he's considered a G with it. But when Sasuke uses it, it's old and boring and bullshit? Does our hatred for Sasuke really make us that big of a hypocrite? Sasuke's done nothing that Itachi didn't do with the exception of controlling the Amaterasu, so can the fact he's using it really be considered bullshit, plot-no-jutsu, etc.?
For the record I kind of want to see him get his ass kicked too, and Itachi is a boss and always will be, but really just wondering about this double standard going on here. We all know if Sasuke was real, Kishimoto'd be blowing him nonstop, so why the surprise/negativity lol?
Susanoo isn't really 100% protection btw, cause Sasuke can't use it forever...But Right now, he's literally invincible, and I hate invincible characters, who gloat so damn much, that's why I hate Saucegay.
Itachi > pretty much everyone in the series.
^
I wish he didn't die
Spoiler: show
There is a difference between standards for the protagonist of a series, and an antagonist. (if you can even still call Sasuke a protagonist, though he is still a major character) Itachi is cool and menacing when he has these super crazy powerful moves because he is an enemy. These are things that need to be overcome. We want to see our hero fight and scrap and overcome these things. Having a protagonist that just so happens to be able to activate God Mode whenever they want to doesn't make for an interesting conflict. For example, Pain is totally hax, but that's what makes him a badass antagonist. If the manga was nothing but Pain as the main character owning the shit out of everyone easily, it wouldn't be interesting.
Plus now it seems like Kishi wants to set up Sasuke as a villain, and will establish him as a credible threat through the horrible cliche of having people job to him. Except instead of having his opponents literally job, Kishi will just have Sasuke jump several orders of magnitude of power with no effort on his part. Its just as tired as whenever a new foe shows up in Justice League or something and the author's like "man, look how pimp this dude is, he killed random C-list character #4!"
The sad part is Sasuke wasn't bad at all earlier in the manga. Everything up to the end of the Chuunin Exam was Sasuke being pretty darn cool. Then he went from "I will do anything to make sure I don't lose someone I care about ever again!" to "CUT MY LIFE INTO PIECES, THIS IS MY LAST RESORT" so fast that it should have given him whiplash.
One of Naruto's kage bunshin is gonna go rogue after Itachi's persona awakens in it one of these days.
No one's hating on Sasuke because he's pulling shit out of no where like Itachi. Itachi had years and years to perfect his eyes and arguably he was a greater talent than Sasuke. The only difference is that Itachi might not have had quite as much chakra. The nature of a bloodline trait is often to appear during times of stress, duress, or fighting strong opponents but mastery and technique should take a bit of time.
What is getting annoying is that not only Sasuke is getting techniques but he's mastering them literally over the course of what is likely a few weeks. It's the fact that his ass is just constantly saved by these techniques and the only reason reason he keeps getting into these situations is because he's an emo fucktard.
Seriously he's so readily to believe this guy who says he's an immortal and that Sasuke's clan are nothing but a bunch of traitors that were killed by Kohona for being such? Not only that but Sasuke decides that he's going to wipe out all of Kohona for that..... WTF!!! Seriously!!?!???? Like Jesus titty fucking Christ, does Sasuke get hard for older men that are immortal? Orochimaru got all weak and Sasuke thought that he his sugar daddy wasn't as cool as he thought? Like seriously Sasuke has to be the biggest loser in the series right now. He's so retardedly easy to manipulate, a pussy who gets his ass beat with in an inch of his life only to be saved by plot hax, basically turned completely evil because his bro who he hated for years died, and lastly turned his back on the only people and village who ever gave 2 shits about his pathetic emo existence. Sasuke is just the ultimate douchebag at least before you felt sorry for him a bit but now it's just old he's been revealed as the petty, selfish, revengeful loser that he is.
Seriously I almost hope Sasuke does something incredibly stupid like kill Gaara. That way Naruto will get so pissed off he'll stomp Sasuke's head in.
As much as I'd hate to see Gaara dies, if that's what it takes for Naruto and the gang to cut ties with Sasuke and just go for straight up vendetta mode, I'm all for it.
But hey, Pain killed Jiraiya (and like half of Konoha temporarily), and Naruto still fags up the finishing touch on that, so I doubt Gaara dying would change anything
Well on the other hand Naruto realized that killing Negato wouldn't bring anyone back. The whole 2 wrongs don't make a right I guess. It's literally Naruto and Sasuke becoming even more polar opposite to fulfill their respective destinies. That's the main thing though Naruto seems to have the ability to change people's destiny and the only person he hasn't been able to get through to is Sasuke. So if he gets backed into a corner, like say Gaara gets killed and Danzo escapes back to Kohona, Naruto might end up having not any choice but to defend the village against Sasuke turning bipolar.
